Ford Mondeo 1.8 1997 - Wont start properly and runs lumpy!?

My Mondeo in the last 2 weeks has become a pain, I had the clutch done and everything was fine, then about 2 weeks later the car wouldnt start properly, so I got the AA out and they said its to much petrol getting to the engine and its flooding it, so by removing fuse 14 (petrol pump and engine mangerment) this makes it start again. Since then I have had a computer check on the car and it came back as normal and the car is now running lumpy as well as still not starting properly. Someone also gave it a flush through as they said it could be the valves but its no different after all that. Anyone got any ideas?

Many thanks
