Rewiring a light fitting?

I have a single switch in room. 3 wires coming to ceiling. I has 2 red and an earth, the other two each have red, black & earth. Which do I wire in to the light fitting which has brown, blue & earth. Thanks.

Both black wires together with the blue
reds that come with a black go together with one of the two reds in a piece of terminal block; other red in the cable with 2 reds goes with the brown wire.
All earths together.
