how to fix tec ma1350?

I need to reset the decimal place on the tec ma1350 uk version. I have a manual but its us version.

The decimal is usually set on TECs when you first RAM clear them, so this machine probably has a bad battery and may need to go to a dealer for full reprogramming. If you haven't had the battery changed in the last 3 years, then it is very likely.
