hi ... you can not just oil your clock. because you thing it need it. you must first find out the reason. another ward . if it is working leave it aloan. you might end up coasting more.... ie... might needs wash ?. or just dusting up. my final advice do not ever never use ..like w.d.40. or simelar detargents. another idea call a clock repair man in your erea. and ask him wether it need it or not, by the way my hoppy is to play with clocks. and i have grand father clock , and several wall clock. so i know what i am talking about, good luck....sa
