Cental heating not working on RSF 84 ET combi boiler?

We have a Ravenheat RSF 84 ET combi boiler. DHW is working fine but cannot get the central heating to work. Room thermostat is working and display says heating should be on but nothing happens.

the piolot light comes on then goes back off it doesnt seem to be firing up n heating the water or radiators
