hi, i have just moved into university halls and to set up my internet here they suggest that i use a cd that would help. my laptop did not recognise that the cd had been put in and my friend who also tried using the cd lost a lot of info (photos etc)and her microsoft downgraded. the cd is called ask4Broadband. my laptop now does not register anything i put in, can you help?
