I have already gone over to them , but not come up with a solution as of yet, just seems so starnge that it was working fine one minute and dead the next

Thanx Mick, i've just had a look and it doesn't have a power button on the back of it. It is a Euro-vox Max v3 Red, not sure what that means , but thanx again

did you knock off the little power button, to the off mode at the back of the box?
