my Router has started making high pitch screams ,and is not spining freely. So I tried to strip it down to clean it ,but I cannot get the main body off to expose the motor can you help me

Your bearing has run dry; NSK 809 replacement.

This Dewalt router is not easy to take apart. I think your bearings have seized up so I would recommend you replace the bearings 868768-03 and 330003-05. These bearings are very inexpensive.
Here is a breakdown of the Dewalt Router for some guidance. http://www.dewaltservicenet.com/Products/DocumentView.aspx?productid=33203&typeId=7557&documentId=21070
Good luck!
