washing is still wet after the machine has finished?

i have a PHILCO washing machine, after the cycle has finished the washing is still wet.. the machine is not over full, all the pipes appear to be free from blockage and the i can hear the pump running during the wash.. is there anything else to look for ?

unbalanced load detection.
1. your machine goes into spin
2. unbalanced load
3. your machine tries for 10 minutes to redistribute the load
4. it cant
5. it skips spin
6. it ends
now:
1. redistribute load by hand
2. turn dial to spin
3. done!

worn brushes on motor will allow machine to struggle through wash cycle but will not provide enough power for a full spin.

most faults like this, caused by pump sticking.strip and clean .take note of buildup behind seal.

You could try the pressure switch as they sometimes stick making the machine think it still has water left inside so it wont spin. Hope this is a help
