how do i attatch the spring clip spots??

god someone help me i chooked the instructions and cant figure out how to atatch spring clips so tey spring and hold the spotlight into the hole pls help!

Bend them back and push the spotlight through the hole in the ceiling.
The springs should spring back and hold the spot in place.
