What is the 4 digit code to unlock my car stero on my ford mondeo?

I have a Ford Mondeo LX 1800 1996. The battery was replaced and the stereo now requiresa 4 digit number to activate it. Does anyone know how to do this or the number sequence please?

You will have to take it to a car hifi store or to Ford to have it re-programmed. There is no other way unless you have the code in your cars documentation somewhere
