How do i replace panasonic DMC-TZ3 digitai camera LCD screen?

Panasonic DMC-TZ3 digital camera screen lights up, but only with white, mottled, and streaked screen. I think it got fried in sun in car. Want to replace screen myself. Where to get screen and how to replace it. How hard to do?
