Home Alarm System Veritas?

I have a Veritas alarm which went off whilst unset when workmen were knocking out some bricks in a room. The tamper light is on and will not go away. It will not let me reset the alarm. CAN YOU HELP ?

try 4321 reset - we had same problem - that is the default code when tripping it
