Pro Form Model 831.297940?

I'm not getting any power when I insert the key clip. I have replaced the circuit breaker. I have removed the top plates and bottom plates to check all connections. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

The Securty Clip, might be Loose... Take the top off & check that the button, which the Security Clip should be compressing, is Not Loose.
