Hotpoint aquarius DWT10 Dishwasher does not drain?

Not pumping out water before cycle begins.
Pump activates as normal , then after a while the house circuit breaker trips.
Washer power supply is ok, water inlet & drain are OK
any ideas.
Based in scotland so no scaling issues- dont use the salt reservoir - ever

My hotpoint aquarius dwt10 keeps tripping the fuse after 10/15 minutes. Any ideas?

Also happens to ours when the waste pipe got blocked and another time when the pump got jambed internally with part of a nylon cable tie !!!. Been Ok sinse cleared.
