Hoover washing machine?

How do I fix my Hoover washing machine which seems to be leaking quite substantially from the bottom?

There is a know problem with Hoover washing machines, on ours the powder draw touches the pipe and wears it away, you may need to replace the pipe, and place some additional protection on it, ie. a thick piece of rubber.
