I have a heatslave 20/25 boiler. I have no hot water and the heating is not working. It sounds as though the burner is not firing up but I have tried the reset button but nothing happens. Also the reset button is not lit up as I think it was previously was. The lockout light is not on either. I just had my tank topped up yesterday but it had plenty of oil in it as it was. Can anyone help?

One way or another Carol, your burner will be controlled by either a reset button or the red lock out button on the burner itself. Thats within an aluminium cover usually, especially if you have a balanced flue.
Please check them again, and post back.
