jvc dvd player says error when i load?

my jvc dvd player only says error when i load it, then it stops working.

hi marie,

Does this error happen when you load just with a single DVD or with all that you try to play.

Try using a DVD lens cleaner.

Incase if that does not work, It coul be an issue with the DVD lens(depending on how old the player is).
