I opened up the unit and pushed a little white lever down that was blocking the door latch button. Both tapes are out. But after pushing the white lever the lever keeps popping back up, blocking the doors once again. I have tried putting other tapes into the unit and it wont play.when I turn the unit on it makes a clicking noise like its trying to work but cant. any help is appreciated. thanks
