check that the mute button is not on your eurovox remote first, then check that the scart leads at the back of the eurovox , and tv , are were they should be , and in all the way? , take the eurovox end of the scart, out and plug it into a dvd player ,ect" but keep the other end in the tv , to test is for sound, if there is no sound from that scart lead try a (working) scart lead into it , also , check the mute" on the tv remote,,,,,,
