I HAVE USED THE FILLING LOOP TO ADD PRESSURE BUT DID IT FOR TOO LONG NOW ITS AT 2.2 NO 1.5 HOW CAN I LOWER IT

Don't worry too much about it,leave it alone.It's not 'too much' over pressurised.You can release some pressure by opening a radiator vent and catching the water in a cup or bucket if you want to, but not really necessary.
