servis 1300aa washing machine?

what voltage should the water inlet valve be supplied with. There is currently 20V getting to it but I don`t know whether this is enough and the valve is not working or whether 20V is too low.

If you are in Europe the valve operates on 230v. If you have 20v then you have problems elsewhere; i.e. the control module.
