tried the power outlet with my electrc drill there is power, but nothing to the washing machine when i plug it in.

Yes but they are soldered onto the PCB & not easily replaceable even if you could find where to buy them from. They are an unusual type of fuse. F&P don't sell them as a spare part. You would also need to find out what damaged them before you replaced them or the main controller board because they don't go open circuit for no reason.
