ferroli domicompact f 30 b hot water works fine but ch wont work?

It will run for 15 min when test programme is run but wont work on timer or on overide, was working fine until system was switched off at powerpoint

I've had a very similar problem except my CH runs constantly and will not work on timer or if set to off on the timer... on the phone to ferroli tech support now
