I just installed a Tekonsha electric brake controller(model 2030-R) in my Dodge Dakota p/u and the brakes keep locking up. The gain is on the lowest setting (1). There is a dial on the bottom of the controller that I don't know what it does. What can I try to alleviate this problem?
