my office printer is not working it won't even turn on i can't figure out what the problem is..it's plugged in all the cords attached are plugged in..the serial number is 55004950 and the id # is 30875. i'm not an expert or a technition but i would love to have this fixed when my boss walks in the door and ask for a raise..lol
