Kenmore dishwasher model number 58715079200 blinking lights?

I have a Kenmore dishwasher model number 58715079200. The high temp and air dry buttons blink and nothing else will work. I had the touchpad replaced a couple years ago.Should I just buy a new dishwasher because it seems like I'm going to have to replace the touchpad over and over again
