Got the same problem with a different model; e-mailed tricity-bendix website and got the following answer - and I quote: "It would be difficult to ascertain the exact cause unless an engineer attends to diagnose the appliance, however, from your description it seems that the oven element may have failed and therefore not heating up. Please contact your local Services Force centre on 08705 929929 who will be able to assisit."
They don't tell you how to fix it, but at least we have an idea of what's wrong.
