with this particular ice maker, it makes ice abundantly, but we are having trouble with it sending the ice thru the chute into a cup. i have pulled the ice bin out and the fork in the back of the freezer will turn when the trigger is pushed. we notice this the most when the light under cup housing will not come on. any ideas on what could be causing the problem??
