noise coming from front n/s wheel after bearing change?

I`ve recently had the front nearside wheel bearing changed on my renault scenic 1.9 DCI 51 plate. This cured the grinding noise, but now has a rubbing noise, which is clearer when going at slow speed. Is it possible that the discs could be warped/non-concentric due to the initial bearing problem, or something else.
your help would be greatly appreciated
Thanks

More likely to be just the light pressed steel guard around the disc. It is easily buckled so that it scuffs. If the disc was warped you would usually feel a pulsing through the brake pedal when applied.
Take it back to whoever fitted the bearing and ask them to have a look.
I was trained to test the disc for true after refitting using a dial test indicator, but not many places bother.
