Hi,

We have a 5 year old Smeg WDi 12C washer/dryer. Recently, it has been stopping a few seconds after starting a wash cycle and coming up with E2 and E13. My partner has messed about with it and usually has been able to get it working. Unfortunately, for last few days we cannot get it working at all, on any cycle.
Please can anyone help us before we have to ring an expensive engineer out?

PS The dryer function does not work either but we are not as concerned about that as we are the washer.
