Will a combi 105e run 6 radiators? ?

I've just fitted a new radiator, to make it up to 6, and I can't seem to be able to get all 6 working. TRying to balance them now, but I'm not sure if they're compatible. Any help?

Still can't figure it out. The boiler is working fine, I have 4 radiators upstairs and 2 downstairs and the 2 downstairs don't heat. Any ideas anyone?
