HI ! KIM open the ps2 by taking out screws in the base, dont forget the ones under the rubber feet thencarefully take the cover off as there is a ribbon connector attached to the player then take off the square cover by removing four small black posidrive screws if you have a hoover suck all the dust and bits out. if you look at the players deck you will see a small (normally white) wheel with teeth which is held by a silver metal bar if you mark the wheel with a pen then using a screwdriver turn round a few teeth at a time and try to play the game it will work eventually "GOOD LUCK" LARRY SMITH.ENGLAND.
