I turn the mains power on to the machine , the display lights up blue and remains blank. no options or any writing appears. the buttons will not start the machine.
If I move the machines display frame and fold it flat a dozen or so times the machines display can sometimes burst into life again and work perfectly.
The machine is never moved from its position and this fault has just suddenly occurred.

IDEAS?

I have just bought one, unpacked it 5 mins ago. The power button lights up but the screen is dead. Looks to be cheaply made and I will be sending it back. unfortunately I would just like to use it but it seems lots of people on the web have faults with the screen not working and power cutting off.

This, believe it or not is an easy fix!...if your treadmill is in a garage or outside shed the damp and cold will play absolute havoc with the brains of the machine, the control panel.
I had exactly the same problem. Now my reebok i run is in the house it switches on every time without fail.
No more dreaded blue screen!!!
