blender is stuck to the base and I can't get it to separate. I have tried soaking it in water with no luck, the gasket seems to be frozen to the blades. Any ideas?
soaked it in soapy hot water, tried ice inside and hot water outside, finally got it by pulling the gasket loose (now need new gasket) Problem solved and I will make sure it never gets put away wet again.
