E4 on remeha avanta plus 28?

E$ consistently coming up, have closed down and restarted, condensation chamber checked heating and water came on briefly but now has stopped again
this boiler was fitted in August 2009

Thank you Caroline, pressed R few seconds and after 2 minutes it started
