NO LIGHT OUTSIDE BUT LIGHT INSIDE ON HOTPOINT FFA52 FF?

The power light on outside of my Hoptpoint ffa52 Iced Diamond Fridge Freezer is off but when i open door light comes on inside. Tried to change fuse but no luck, any ideas?
