ford focus 2003 zetec, faulty high middle brake light?

Hi, my top brake light is constantly on when the lights are switched on. There's no problem with my other 2 brake lights, and the middle one still gets brighter when I put my foot on the brake pedal it's just its constantly on?? Any help would be much appreciated.
