If your clock has a reset button on the back you should press it and the hands should go round to 12:00. After a few minutes, the clock should start to receive signals again and set itself to the correct time. Some clocks you have to manually set the hands to 12:00 by using the appropriate buttons on the back. After setting the hands to 12:00, again wait a few minutes and it should adjust automatically.
