the barrel lock is working fine and so is the handle but the problem is the pins in the locking system are in the locked position and the handle will not operate these and so we cannot open the front door
hi there your locking system has broken you need the main lock replaced ( not the barrel ). problem being the door needs to be open.i can do this easy but difficult to explain the procedure
