epson c46 printer will not print I have a windows 98 computer

I had the same problem. I called on this and they said that if I am refilling my cartridges that the use of different ink will damage the printer head and the ink will start building up after several times of head cleaning and then will start leaking on the table top and every where. Can't do anything about it. I had to buy something else.
If someone else knows something please let us know.

If the printer goes through the motions but no ink is comming out then it is possible that the printheads are blocked with dry ink.
