Please help! How do I change the brushes on my Hotpoint Aquarius WMA30 washing machine and where are they located?

It is not spinning, does the whole cycle and wont spin at end, have checked to see if pipes are blocked there clear.

remove the plug remove the top remove the belt and unbolt the motor remove the wires to the brush holders then with a small screwdriver lift the retaining tags under the brush holder (you will see a small cut out under the brushes)slide the holders out and replace with new one untill they clip into the motor housing then lift the small brass tag holding the carbons in the holders replace the wires rebuild and off you go
