Baxi Combi 80e?

When i run the hot water the water is intermitently hot and cold, also the burner shuts off and then comes on again. Has anyone got any ideas

hot water temp sensor more than likely, burner stays on full rate then extinguishes for a few seconds then fires again and repeat repeat. about £13 part and very easy to do.
