Water pressure on vokera nynute 24 is too high?

The water pressure on my boiler is up into the red is there anyway of reducing the pressure, is at 3 bar whereas it should be between 0.5-1 bar??

Bleed water away from a convenient radiator bleed valve. Make sure the filling loop is completely shut, too.
