How can i replace the belt in my washer?

My Zanussi ss 115w washer has broken! The belt snapped. The belt has then fallen out of the machine. I have a new belt but it is too tight to fit - i dont know how to get around all the parts? Is there a special way to do it?

its supposed to be tight. put it round the motor first then ease it round the fly wheel. washing up liquid can help.
