where is the freezer drain located on a Frigidaire freezer (side-by side)?

I have a side-by side Frigidaire refrigerator model FRS 26ZNH (about 6 years olde). It is colecting ice on the bottom of the freezer, and every few days it starts dripping. Once I remove the piece of ice it is fine for another couple of days.
I've been told that I need to put some hot water down the freezer drain since it might be clogged. I don't know where the freezer drain is located? Any help would be appreciated?

Thanks

i had the same problem with my frigidaire and it ended up being a clogged drain tube at the end that dumps out into the tray at the bottom. the back of my icebox was very dirty with lint/dust which somehow got plugged into the bottom of the drain tube; i just pulled up on the tube and it came out if the little holder at the bottom and the cleaned out the clog with the end of a coat hanger.

Yes, but how do you get to it to unclog it? I am having the same problem with the same fridge! Thanks to anybody who can help us!

Hello,

The drain tube for your fridge is locted on the left side of the cabinet behind the back panel.
