I have a potterton performa 24 combi boiler but no hot water?

I have a potterton performa 24 combi boiler and at the moment heating is fine but hot water runs for seconds then stops i had diverter valve changed few weeks ago what else could it be what could i do?

Check plate heat exchanger may be cloged up with sludge and than need to be clean with descaler
