how can i fix my immobiliser on my renault megane sport 5 door 'R' reg?

the immobiliser on my renault megane sport R reg 5 door sport is not responding to the key fob have changed batteries still wont work light on fob flashes but does not deactivate the immobiliser how can i fix this or turn off/bypass the immobiliser?
