how can i fix my indesit washing machine model w133s?

the programme dial just keeps clicking round, it part fills with water thens starts clicking, the only cycle to work is the spin cycle

Switch machine button to off, turn the dial to the rest stop position and wait till you hear the click of the machine ,as if it's just finished the cycle. Reset to the position you need and this should then work.
