Veritas 8 alarm fault?

My veritas 8 alarm won't set, the unset light is flashing on the entry panel and the main panel power light is flashing. When I try to set it, it beeps 10 times and zone 3 lights up. Could this be a battery or fuse fault, any ideas?

some buttons don't work, can I replace them. I cannot turn of my alarm.

When putting in alarm code to leave home lights do not light up. It silences itself. Do i need another battery if so which one

is the fuse for this model 2.1amp. If so can i get this from any hardware store

power failure , check the fuse that the mains lnks up to if blown there could be a replacement in the panel
